SPECIAL NOTICE TO SOY CANDLE BUYERS
One of the most disappointing increases came yesterday from my Soy Candle Wax manufacturer. There was a 10% effective immediately increase Jan. 2008. To compound my disappointment with this particular product line, future soy wax costs will be based on commodity soybeans prices. Due to the demand of soybeans as alternative fuels, we have been warned that the price for soy wax will likely continue to go up.
I just received another update on March 4th 2008:
the price of soy wax is going up another 15%Due to this fact, I have had to increase my prices.
